Meet Elizabeth’s – Corpus Christi’s new restaurant inside the Art Museum of South Texas. Elizabeth’s is a delicious restaurant overlooking the Corpus Christi Bay and the Harbor Bridge with a stunning aesthetic. My family and I went for lunch during the work week to try out this highly recommended restaurant.
Elizabeth’s At The Art Museum is located inside the Art Museum of South Texas, a beautiful installation architecturally designed to represent both Mexican and American cultures and nestled in the Corpus Christi harbor.

The gorgeous interior of Elizabeth’s At The Art Museum.
The moment you walk into Elizabeth’s At The Art Museum, you will be stunned by the interiors of the cafe. It is a blend of refined bohemian designs with a coastal influence. Floor-to-ceiling windows hug the restaurant and make up a portion of the walls overlooking the Corpus Christi harbor. Natural light pours into the cafe, lighting it up and making the warm tones of the interiors glow. There is an ample amount of outdoor seating with beautiful umbrellas so you can sit comfortably under the Texas sun.
The level of detail in the interior design is exquisite. Shell fragments are embedded along the side of the bar and gold palm leaves contrast beautifully against the dark wood paneled wall. Mirrors reflect the sparkling sea and give an illusion of a larger space. The wooden, whickered furniture compliment the classic bohemian and coastal interiors. It is a gorgeous space that I absolutely adore!
Let me start by saying this: everything on the menu is absolutely delicious! You can’t go wrong. Elizabeth’s At The Art Museum serves up Mediterranean inspired food and tapas. They offer everything from flatbreads to Turkish Coffee and each unique dish or drink will have you drowning in rich, mediterranean flavors. Their full menu will be online soon, but for now I snapped a photo of their lunch menu from September 2021, which you can view full screen by clicking the image above this paragraph.
We absolutely loved the stuffed peppers, hummus plate, and guacamole. We also enjoyed the flatbreads, which come in a variety of delicious culinary combinations.
